洗衣機改最高限速[測試完結]

之前換左bearing...
搵到資料.部機可以改控制板(只係底版晶片測速限速,motor通用)
max 800rpm 改做1000/1200/1400rpm
暫時諗住改做1000rpm/1200rpm
唔知會唔會乾身D...
洗衣流程中只有6分鐘(2分鐘x3 steps)會開到最高速

唔好亂改
加快速度後會令啤令及皮帶會好傷的
而且摩打壽命也會影響
會容易快壞
到時維修就貴

前文提到...由於換左bearing 同皮帶...

btw 部機14年..都唔差在啦.XDD

再者service manual 600rpm - 1200rpm 用同一隻motor的

如果同一摩打可改用1200轉
點解廠商唔一早加設？
其它部份 ( 避震、皮帶、啤令 ) 未必同樣抵抗到加強的離心力
除非你部機話洗 5kg 而你祇洗 2.5kg 或以下，低過佢要求
