Accuracy of UNI-T UT61E

I bought a new UT61 E and have a few no. of new the resistor , capacitor and diode .
I found the value of them measured are quite different .
Any advise please C hing ?

400k 1%電阻阻值範圍系404000~396000 ohm
100V 係peak reverse voltage,而你系度緊forward voltage
電容一般誤差有20%, 所以100uF電容範圍系80uF~120uF

To measure the breakdown reverse voltage of diode. A multimeter cannot do the work, you should use this meter :

用Hi-pot Tester都得,用1-2ma 電流,電壓慢慢提升,有漏電就係peak 了.
或家電測試儀   可以最高耐压 :100V-2500VDC
