【分享】Asus Eeepc 901 最簡單既recovery方法

唔知之前有無ching post過, 不過小弟搵左好多方法, 試過呢一個方法都算係最簡單, 在此同大家分享下.

首先大家需要
1a. A PC with DVD Drive + EeePC 901 XP Support DVD 或
1b. EeePC 901 XP Support DVD iso file
2. USB Stick (最少 8 GB)
3. UltraISO Trial Version
準備齊全之後
1. Plug USB drive and click on 'Bootable' menu and choose 'Write Disk Image' in Ultraiso.

2. In 'Disk Drive' select USB drive letter. In write method choose 'USB-HDD'. Then click 'Xpress Boot' --> 'Xpress Write'

3. In 20-30 minutes Recovery DVD files will be copied to USB. Now we need to edit two files in USB.

In UltraISO click 'File' --> 'Open' . Browse newly created USB drive and find 'WINPE.ISO' file and open that.
4. Extract I386\SYSTEM32\WINPESHL.INI

5. Open the extracted WINPESHL.INI and
change X:\EPCRECOVER.EXE to X:\RCDRECOVER.BAT

6. Save this file, then use UltraISO to add it back into the ISO file, overwriting the old one.
7. Create the file RCDRECOVER.BAT.
8. Copy'n'paste the following into RCDRECOVER.BAT:

1. @echo off
   
2. 
   
3. for %%d in (H G F E D C) do if exist %%d:\ X:\RCDGHOST.BAT %%d "" 2 0 1
   
4. 
   
5. echo USB drive letter was not determined.
   
6. pause

9. Save RCDRECOVER.BAT and use UltraISO to add it to the root directory of winpe.iso
10. Use UltraISO to save the iso file to the flash device

11. Eject the USB device, and boot from it on 901. On mine, it's the Esc key that lets you choose the boot device.

大約 10Mins 就會攪掂晒

    yes... If use Ghost / Acronis , just simply one click can back-up and restore the image
