as far as I know, MSDN has 10 license per key & you can use the same key to install to 10 PC, so how about TechNet? one key = one license?

I have posted similar question (http://global.hkepc.com/forum/viewthread.php?tid=1310187&page=8#pid21027727) but not answered...

By the way, I have read through the terms and found that it keeps on mentioning that the software downloaded are 'evaluation copies', does that mean we are getting the beta versions or RC versions only? How about the retail version (e.g. RTM)? (p.s.: I mean for all products, not only Windows!)

and how about the question of keys/license?
