我想請問Technet的Key一年後會冇效嗎? 會不會不能update window?
另外如果我在2009-09 activate windows 7 係2010-12 再重裝window 7 咁佢會唔會俾我activate如下9次activate呢?

Yes. The Technet key is valid until all activation used up.
