[操作疑難] 新手想幫notebook加ram

新買左Dell Vostro 1450，得2GB Ram，想自己出黃金買Ram加，小弟係notebook新手，唔知邊隻ram先最好，同埋唔會撞，另外想問下部機係咪得1條ram槽？如果係既話咪要買條4GB？？thanks lot!!!

Vostro should have 2 個 SODIMM 插槽, support DDR3，1333 MHz 1 GB / 2 GB / 4 GB (according to the manual)

To check the compatibility, better use CPU-Z (http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html) to check the speed/ car latency of existing RAM (CL-?), then purchase a new one with the same timing (e.g. 9-9-9-25). But in case the timing NOT exactly match, it should be no problem but with lower speed (of course depends on what RAM). Suggest to have kingston with better compatibility (~180 for DDR3-1333 4G SODIMM)

買 Kingston 係最易夾 Ram 架，一般黎計又會平過原廠的！

打開個機底COVER就應該會識換, 唔難, 好似砌高達咁

先thanks咁多位師兄，現附上cpuz，再想問下Ching們我應該配邊隻ram最好，sorry我真係新手來，many thanks！
另外我部機行32-bit，其實係咪配多條2GB Ram就可以嫁啦？唔洗刻意配條4GB？

咁我係咪姐係去黃金（for example Capital Centralfield）同d staff講想要一條Kingston 2G Notebook DDR3 Ram，Timing 係 9 9 9 25就得？many thanks！

求其買多條 Kingston 2GB DDR3 算喇!~ 加埋你原有條 2GB Ram = 4GB Ram, 但行 32 bit OS 都用唔晒 4GB, 好似用得 3.3GB 左右, 除非你之後想玩 64bit OS, 先買兩條 4GB 黎玩下喇!~

就算你拎左去, 佢幫你拆埋機換埋
佢都要開條新RAM隊落去, 到時條RAM唔得, 佢都未必肯同你換
