I followed your suggestion and installed Cyberlink TV Enhance 2.0 build 6303 for my  Magic-pro 高清手指, but lagging when playing HDTV (ATV-HD and TVB-HD) and also 1080i TS files (CPU usage around 30-40%).
I have also installed PowerDVD 9 (as suggested by you).  But it is very smooth when playing blue ray movies 1080P (CPU usage 10 to 30%).

Is there any wrong with my 1810tz or do I need to install any codecs or programs.

You no need to install any codec with Cyberlink TV Enchance 2.0. It's codec be the same as PowerDVD. But I think that may be the original antenna is too weak for indoor signal, have you been change to building's antenna or location of outdoor?

3810T can install internal 3.5G HSDPA modem!
It is built-in mini-PCIe slot & sim card slot, but without antenna only!

The TS files for playing are stored on the AS1810's Harddisk.  For HDTV playing, I am using tv signal from public/building antanna (which is very strong and stable for my set top box/magic tv).  So what's wrong with it.  Is it a hardware problem?
BTW, which version of Cyberlink TV Enhance you are using?

I'm using the same version of yours!May be you need to update the driver to your DMB-T USB.
Have you try the .TS file playback with Cyberlink TV Enchance?

Yes, I had and also lagging (not smooth enough).

Anyway, I will try to use updated driver from magic-pro / Mygica.  I will also try to update the display driver (GMA45 series).  Will report to you later (maybe tomorrow).

Don't update the display driver from Intel except from Acer!
The GMA 4500 driver from Intel have bugs in 1810TZ ,which cannot output from VGA normally
