X200 problem after BIOS upgrade

After BIOS upgrade through System Upgrade from Lenovo suite, battery and power supply light still on after shut down the machine.  Even remove the battery, the lights will turn off, however, it will light up again after re-install it to the machine.  Any ching has the same problem?  Thanks.
