If it clearly states all the conditions (company policy) and our condition matches, then there is no need to waste time (and $) for bargaining, it seems.

As such, accidental damage protection is the last resort (but we have to buy it within 3 months).  Btw, my friend (a rather 粗用 user) has bought this kind of extra protection for the Thinkbook 13s.  Then the warranty "almost" covers all user scenarios.

If there is one bright/dead spot, could we proceed RMA?
- only 3 or more bright/dead spots would be eligible for RMA

If we have accidental damage protection, could we proceed RMA for one bright/dead spot?
- No, accidental damage protection does not cover bright/dead spot issue

"意外保" is good in general.  But just it won't cover bright/dead spot (unless we got 3 or more).
