how ma faan? it used to be very easy. give them the receipt, even if it's not relevant and not spent by you, they will still give you $$.

btw, my gps and hsdpa are working perfectly now =D
after i did upgrade from the italian vista to eng win7 with the recovery disc from sony..
i install the option software and driver, then install the smartnetwork

Yes and congrats!

If you are the visitor, it should be striaght-forward like you described, showed them the good and receipt. However, if you are here with a student visa, they only allow you to have a tax-refund when you finish your study. Hope this helps

    driver is not included there
my situation is just do the upgrade instead of a clear install. and i still need to download drivers and sony software like control center from the web site
maybe i followed the wrong steps...

Can't, you need to take the good and leave the EU countries within 3 months to claim the tax refund.
