   yes
smooth play back on 1080p h.264

one vital defect (at least to me) is that energy source of the hsdpa module relies on the battery
i am forced to let it run on battery rather than a.c. power even when im home
otherwise the battery lifespan will be greatly reduced because of charging and using at the same time!

I remove the battery when I am at home. I hardly use 3g at home. I always use wireless at home. It's faster and fee of charges.

Yes most of the network providers here have the fair usage policy, if you use more than the celing (usually 3gb or 5gd), they will slow down to the speed to like a 56K modem. Anyway I hardly use P29 at home :)
