大細電加埋夠我玩一日（出街玩 10hr 以上，開 Wifi only），通常粒電唔到 15% 以下我都唔換，亦唔會日日都充電，大細電交替使用，只要袋中的後備電係 100%，我出街都十足信心。

I don't think so. It is said that you must buy the product by 31 Jan, but it doesn't say that you must register by 31 Jan. But I could be wrong.
