I do not think so.  The upgrade disc will not send to HK as the interface has no such select.  I just sent to my UK fan's address and resent back to HK.

E ... they called them and they said they only serve European region.  

The most critical thing is ... I need to spend extra 3-pounds to send the DVD back to HK!  :<
