不過筆值夠一定揀intel 11代
但始終都仲系 10nm 熱量同電量 都會大啲啲

This is a misconception here,
100% GPU usage
low CPU usage is Not equal poor machine.
Because it mean GPU is your system bottleneck, Not your GPU.
You should always look for PC that can have GPU 100% usage!
5th gen AMD CPU always suck less power than Intel,
so sustain performance will be higher given the same power limit.
It very hard to dissipate all the heat trap inside 7nm AMD CPU, because of the density.
