I did the same. Can't do it via the HK website (15 US dollars vs 20 pounds). Btw, mine said that I have Windows Vista Business (friend helped me to buy it in hk), so I think they may send me WIndows Pro 7...do u have the same issue?

I didn't apply for win7 upgrade... but I used my win7 home premium pack from the previous p15. But can't run XP mode becoz it doesn't come with home premium

我昨晚 apply 的（UK SONY），要 20 英鎊，好甘，但會有齊 SONY VAIO P35 的 driver 同 application 碟跟，我現在玩緊 vista business 慢到訓街，....唉！

如果我收到 upgrade VAIO driver 碟，我想同大家同好分享，但要等 3 weeks，而且唔知有無阻濟。

but in fact, I got the Windows 7 Upgrade DVD today

When you submit ur upgrade request (after filling in all the info), in my case, they said my vaio is with windows vista business (I have not seen the computer yet as I am in the uk). So based on this info, I think they will send me an upgrade for Windows 7 Professional
