Originally I thought the slow speed was due to IP mapping issue of my router.  Thus I tried port forwarding. And indeed it did work for 1-2 days, and then it's dead again. If it's really due to PCCW Qos, maybe it took them some time to detect because I changed the IP mapping?  Totally clueless.  I thought I have resolved it, but now it's back to square 1.  Sigh!

I tried VPN (those free ones), but the speed is still horrible.  Can you share how to set up a proxy to "fool" PCCW?  I'm really not a technical guy. Many thanks in advance.

我用58 ip好順, 另外用BB1000 VPN超順, 搵個HKBN朋友開個VPN俾你唔難

我而家用緊 BB100，合約就快到期， HKBN 仲要加我價，要$158一個月，乜都冇得送，我見 陳豪而家做緊我屋苑，500mb $168，288 安裝，想轉陳豪，
