Enable write caching on the device
係用 HDD/SDD 內置嘅 RAM write-cache 而唔係用系統嘅 RAM
Windows 預設會喺所有內置磁碟機啟用呢個選項
並且會喺固定間隔發出清理 write-cache 嘅指令比隻磁碟機
磁碟機收到呢個指令會將 write-cache 入面嘅數據立即寫入去磁碟
並且回應返 Windows 已經成功真正寫入數據去磁碟

啟用咗 Turn off Windows wite-cache buffer flushing on the device 嘅話
Windows 就唔會發出任何清理 write-cache 嘅指令比隻磁碟機
比磁碟機自主決定幾時清理 write-cache
將入面啲數據真正咁寫入去磁碟上面
