都有試過不用fan controller，但試的期間都冇出 errors，現在全部插番晒又冇再增加，說實在我都是諗住明年換電腦，可能都是提早實行了。

    前後是五隻hdd 出事:
第一次時用緊舊火牛 ，死了raid卡，1隻出spin error count ，之後就detect 不能

第二次時都是舊火牛，買了新raid卡和一隻新的hdd rebuild用了兩星期，之後有兩隻hdd (一新一舊) 都出了一次spin error count

第三次用後備牛和新買的兩隻hdd，就是咁出spin error count  

只是第三次的hdd是七日內可以換吧，應該冇電腦店是14天吧.....

我覺得唔似:
smart error 唔會只是某一兩個port先出事，而且在不同hdd都有同一個問題

how many 12v rail does the power supply has?

Spin count means the motor needs to restart. to me it seems like sata power cable, sata power port or PS problem.
didi you use any IDE power plug to SATA power plug???


I would suggest to check  by using a multimeter to check the voltage of the sata power plug.
