唔會再買Xxnder貨
舊年尾壞左隻16T, 特登請假上去做維修保用, 一開口就話倉底冇大容量Hdd, 即日冇貨換, 話要等1,2個月.
登記時又話隻HDD表面有刮迹, 佢地決定唔到保唔保, 要寄去原廠檢查, 等原廠決定, 來回起碼要3個月時間. 話原廠如果唔保會將原廠的電郵發給我作證明.
而家過左半年, 電話又冇, 電郵又冇. 唔保的話, 硬碟原件也沒有發回, 依家咩消息都冇, 整件事去左黑洞. 我都費時打電話過去問, 擺明佢地搵到借口唔保, 冇處理到.
間公司正一垃圾來. 之後盡量避開唔買

While the location of Xander is bad, I dislike their maintenance arrangement. They will only trust their "dedicated" HDD testing software. In case the test result is a PASS, sorry we've wasted the transportation cost and time .
ps. Currently all my Toshiba MG series HDDs are Zodiac (廣源行) 貨! Their RMA arrangement is very user friendly! |
