Can't change one by one. xander has to send back to AMD for investigation.
The staff said AMD has tested every CPU. AMD may get back the test report of this CPU.
The point is that even test report is ok but not include the packing stage. I suspect that the process of packing caused this problem.
The staff also said the CPU should NOT be used because no scratch on the pins.
I think that it's very difficult bend the pins like this situation and not the situation when insert the CPU in the socket.
