For the avoidance of doubt, in relation to the spectrum assigned by the Authority to Successful Bidders as determined by the Auction, any request for subsequent change in spectrum assignment or the swap or other transfer of spectrum will not be considered until after the expiry of the first five years of the spectrum assignment. Any spectrum change, swap, or equivalent request submitted thereafter will be considered by the Authority based on the merits of each case and its approval or otherwise, and the imposition of conditions, if any, will be at the Authority’s sole discretion.
