用過 3hk 4.5G 收得好會超過42M, 再以前用過 21M, 會限死 21M以下

Using 3HK 5G plan, when I switch to 4G LTE, the download speed reaches 7xMbps (it depends on location).

ps. 5G plan also includes 4.5G 全速
