Unfortunately, the magic code for Oppo mentioned in that thread does not work on Find N5(ColorOS 16). It seems that Oppo have blocked baseband debugging port since ColorOS 15.

Here are some interesting results:
For LTE/NSA networks I use QCI, while for SA networks, I use 5QI to distinguish them. Note that AMBR formats are all downlink/uplink (unit: Mbps).

Thank you for the data. Just one thing: is the QCI/AMBR data for CSL 7-11 Prepaid tested in Mainland China, as the PLMN is 460 00 (CMCC)?

    I rechecked the .pcap log and ensured that the PLMN for CSL 711 Prepaid is 454 00(CSL). The 460 is jus a typo and I have fixed it. Thanks for catching it! BTW I added data for CMHK GBA 5G Prepaid, tested in Hong Kong.

Thank you. Looks like both prepaid cards are similar to the ones that are branded as csl/CMHK with the same policy (i.e. same QCI/AMBR, no SA connectivity for CMHK 5G prepaid cards)
