There is no restriction on the numbers of moneyback accounts for one to register. I've four mobile phones and three moneyback accounts. So I still have a room for a new moneyback membership.
For this mobile phone, I'm using a screen cap of the membership QR code from another phone to earn regular points for normal purchases.
