Here is the official r/NintendoSwitch2 list of features for the next generation system ranked into a few categories. I will probably edit this later to add more information because right now, I am writing this on mobile, but this is what I've got so far.

Actually confirmed (said by Nintendo) for this system:

will use Nintendo online account

will have more information (commonly assumed but not confirmed to be the big reveal announcement) about the system by the end of this fiscal year (a stock market year, ending on March 31st)

will be backwards compatible with Nintendo Switch

will have many units assembled to combat scalping

"confirmed" by leak (really high quality leaked information):

system is called Nintendo switch 2

has raytracing cores but probably not enough to do actual raytracing

1080p LCD display

New joycons

Hall effect joysticks (prevent drift better)

slightly larger than the OLED system

Has already been in mass production for months (probably since September)

A new "C" button on the right joycon(use case still unknown)

USB C port on the top of the system

Uses Nintendo's Horizon OS as a base (means nothing about the UI, the 3DS and Switch both use Horizon OS)

AI upscaling

4k output (probably only from the AI upscaling but that is not known)

something to do with baby blue and orange colors with either the joycons or the joycon attachments.

full color tablet shells including a black and a white system

a skin of the system themed around a "game with a 9 in it"

12gb ram

there is at least one version of the system with 256gb of storage

a built in mic on the system

Very likely (anyone could guess this happening, multiple lower level leaks and implications show this, and/or high quality leak gave vague information about this):

launch year game: new 3D Mario.

launch year game: game with a 9 in the title

in between PS4 Pro level Specs and Xbox Series S specs.

5nm chip (The 8nm chip rumor is a misinterpreted and poorly calculated measurement from a source that was just giving their opinion; this means the system will last a little longer for more processing power used compared to if it were using an 8nm chip)

[I'm not putting unlikely leaks here because that would be stupid "guys it'll have rtx 7090 ti and 30tb of ram and it now has a disc drive and ships day 1 with KNACK 3D and Half Life 4"]

Still unknown information:

what the home menu looks like (if there are any changes)

how the new branding will look (if there will be new branding)

any games beyond a game with a "9" in it and that Nintendo will certainly make a new Mario game for the system

what the "C" button does

If there is a new gimmick or if it's just a more powerful switch.

任天堂即將發表 Nintendo Switch 下一代遊戲主機，官方尚未定名，然而硬體配件供應商 Genki（元氣）近日在 CES 2025 展出稱作「Switch 2」的模型機，外媒 IGN 推文分享現場實拍照片，與傳聞的外觀規格幾乎相符。

IGN 今（9）日在 X（前推特）標註由美國空軍官方帳號 @usairforce 提供的影片，稱是「目前為止我們所看到最清晰的 Nintendo Switch 2 可能的外觀」。

該白模機在 Genki 的 CES 攤位展出，「Switch 2」長度 10.5 英寸（約 26 公分比 RTX 5090 短）、寬 4.5 吋、機身厚 0.5 吋，螢幕正是謠傳的 8 吋，全機尺寸都較目前的 Switch OLED 還大（長度 9.5 吋，寬 4 吋，厚 0.5 吋，螢幕 7 吋）。

影片展示這款 Switch 2 模型，兩側 Joy-Con 手把採用磁吸設計，並設有按鈕可供拆卸，如先前報導所述，機身頂部多出第二個 USB-C 接口，除了可以充電，或許還可以連接其他設備（尚未驗證）。

IGN 引用法國媒體 Numerama 報導寫到，Genki 表示 Joy-Con 的光學感測器確實是這款新主機的新功能，但不知道右側 Joy-Con 上神秘的「C」鍵有什麼用途，傳聞則說跟相機有關。

Genki 堅稱 Switch 2 模型是基於實際產品打造，由於他們並未和任天堂直接合作，因此能夠在 CES 上提前展示配件，不會違反任何保密條款。Genki 還說任天堂將在今年 4 月發售 Switch 2，自家研發的 8 款配件屆時會與主機同步推出。

曾經準確爆料Sony PS5 Pro和任天堂體感鬧鐘Nintendo Alarm發布日期的爆料客@Average Lacia Fanatic稍早再度搶先揭露Switch 2的發布時間。

據他透露，Switch 2將在1月17日正式發布，並於3月3日發售，加拿大的售價約為400美元（約台幣1.32萬元）。有趣的是，一代Switch也在2017年3月3日發售，這樣的安排似乎暗藏致敬意味。作為參考，Switch的台灣價格為9,780元、Switch OLED則為10,480元。

除此之外，他還表示Switch 2的首發遊戲包括《瑪利歐賽車9》、《碧血狂殺2》等，以及公開新的3D瑪利歐遊戲預告片，讓玩家期待。

根據目前傳聞，Switch 2除了核心的效能升級，主要改進為配置8.4吋螢幕，以及Joy-Con控制器改採磁吸式設計。不過，右側控制器多了一顆新按鈕，實際功能尙不清楚。

值得一提的是，有網友發現，日本亞馬遜已有不少配件商上架Switch 2保護殼。其中一家配件商原先標示3月中出貨，卻在近期修改為最快可在1月17日至29日間送達。若與上述爆料時間對照，兩者的時間點似乎不謀而合。

根據 Nate the Hate 曝光之最新傳言稱 Nintendo 即將於本週 1 月 16 日正式發表 Switch 2。

據了解，本週將著用於硬體面向介紹 Nintendo Switch 2 的主機性能為主，2 月底或 3 月初以軟體面向為主的 Direct 發表會中則會揭示多款首發遊戲，而此消息已獲 The Verge 使用報導。此外，Nate the Hate 補充說道 Switch 2 或將於 2025 年 5 月或 6 月推出，並預計推出新一代的《瑪利歐賽車》，並在 2025 年底迎來最新的《超級瑪利歐 3D》，此外還有《刺客教條：幻象》與《Final Fantasy VII 重製版》也將同步登陸 Switch 2。

2016 年 10 月 16 日星期三，美國任天堂在推特上發布了一條著名的推文，邀請觀看首個 Switch 預覽預告片（當時它的代號仍然是「NX」）。預告片原定於第二天上線。毫無疑問，這只能被理解為來自一家擁有內幕知識的零售商的巨大 Switch 2 預告片，加拿大沃爾瑪剛剛在推特上發布了完全相同的圖片，標題為“嘿，馬裡奧👋”



這意味著明天，任天堂將重複歷史，並宣布某種 Switch 2 揭曉（例如「拉開序幕」），該揭曉將於第二天：1 月 16 日星期四進行。

這與任天堂將於本周正式發布Switch 2 硬體的傳言不謀而合。
