如果種類多建議你開個sheet俾index分類，例如每10歲1組由0歲到100歲，俾10個index, 用index match搵對應value，用IF幣處係條式太長要改要debug超煩

    You don't need AND in this nested IF formula because Excel examines the value against criteria from left to right and stops at the first matched criterion.

The formula could be simplified to:
=if(A1<20,"青",if(A1<=30,"成1",if(A1<=40,"成2",if(A1<=50,"中","老"))))
