It seems that this is not "Brick"
Try to flash the rom again & Remove your SD 1st
And see if it can boot into the OS.

it can't be boot into recovery mode nor bootloader mode but only T-Mobile G1 logo screen...... usb charge is still working but the PC just detect nothing

首先你要裝SDK先, 自己GOOGLE下
之後如果adb shell 成功的話可以用WINDOWS去控制部機
