當年考大學既同學入左醫, 明明分數只係差好少, 人地又係專業, 自己讀完又係專業, 但做醫生個個如果出到去 人地月新幾萬咁搶, 但做IT呢個專業, 比人當係波咁踢, 要炒就炒, 要請就請, 唉

你見到醫生一出黎5皮幾野好爽, 其實有好多真係做到有精神病你無留意姐,你睇人好人睇你好la
相反, 我見有d 唔算好勁既人做 ibank 7皮幾一個月(30歲內), 平時仲有時間買股票.
我又唔見得IT真係甘差

最重要係你點睇你自己, 你覺得自己ok 就去 fight 一個好既價錢. 天下公司何其多, 總有好價錢比到你.
仲有一樣野, IT 唔係淨係得programming. Interpersonal skill 好勝過你寫二萬行code. 可能我有偏見, 你自己決定la

When u compare the job nature between IT and Doctor, u have to understand the fundamental differences between them:
Industry.                    IT                      Doctor
Competition.               Globalize            Localize
Entry barrier.              No protection      Highly protected like license
Impact to stackholder.  Relatively low      Very high
Impact of wrongdoing.  Wont die            Will die

Have you ever considered why some IT can have 80k-100k monthly while most IT ppl in HK complaining the low pay and social status? The nature of IT industry is "winner takes all", if what u can do can easily be replaced with someone from India or China, your salary will always be low. But if the knowledge that you have is so much more specialized (or higher impact), you salary will be much higher as well.

When u are 10k per month, try to think how some ppl can earn 20k.
When u are 20k, think of those 30k.

信老闆一成都死啦. 除非你超勁不然香港做IT行業沒前途.  轉行吧.我都轉做了工程起薪已萬5 ,OT又DOUBLE計,我都是邊學邊做.拿到的牌比IT的牌好用多了.

做咁多野不如試下ht, 老電, AXL, 反正task 一樣多，但人工好似都有14k 左右

而個社會, 90% 係睇你學歷再睇你能力 (作為HR 咁諗好正常, 佢都係打工, 做乜咁有 heart 幫公司搵人)
另一個心態係, 努力係最基本, 講得難聽, 行乞都為佢二餐好努力! 你要諗, 點解你努力上唔到位, 人哋加唔到人工比你! 你做到, 先係"事半功倍" 既真正解釋囉 XD

我識人中學出黎, 收賣, 做到回收, 10年有車有樓, 計出黎身家過千萬.

樓主既問題其實係揀公司做既問題，你之前做果間冇錯可能唔少客亦有實在既野做，但係始終呢一類型project係香港既消費者係覺得d冇禁值錢既野。同樣既努力你放係一間做enterprise system既software house，雖然skill set有少少唔同可能係java c# oracle，但我估你人工同工作時間可能都已經有一定既改善。 情況好似你電話服務 1010 同one2free都係做緊差唔多既野，不過一個收既係公司high class客一個係一般客，收費都可以完全唔同

個市場環境有d扭曲，寫php html js 都係要心力 精神 testing，但係回報絕對唔成正比。d人成日覺得寫個web幾千蚊乜都應該要有係理所當然，除非開鑵頭囉，乜都custom 唔該有時d sales 賣時都計好d man day/schedule 先好quota 比個客。唔係都係做死programmer
