唔好玩文字遊戲了, 對 user 黎講, 或者佢地既處理上, 同 close 左無分別了.
我講既 close file, 即係如果我唔要求, 佢地就唔再理了.
開張新 ticket 同叫佢 reopen 番, 結果都係要 user 再提出, 否則就不再跟進了.
問題係, 佢地根本無比過任何建議或改善比我, 點解可以無端端就話 resolve 左.
就係因為我唔 reply 佢既 auto-reply?
我之前 reply 個 auto-reply 話仲有問題, 佢就答番話已經同我 confirm 左係 bug, 佢地已經攪緊, 好似我煩住佢咁.
家陣唔答, 就當 resolved, 真係好有問題.
有責任少少既公司, 最起碼都要有 d suggestion 比 user, 無論 work 唔 work, 起碼做過 d 野, 又或者 user 自己主動話無問題了, 先可以話 resloved 吧.
家陣既處理手法, 比我既感覺真係極差, 問卷我比左 一星 (最差果個), 唔知佢會唔會再跟進了. |
