but may I ask one more question:
if i buy oem / box set window/office, I will own them in my life if the machine nopt broken down.
how about technet subscriber? it is a yearly renewal. is it meant that I just own them only ONE year if I stop subscription?

得使用訂閱之對象

在本合約中，「　貴用戶」係指擁有合法訂閱之具名的指定訂閱者。單一訂閱或任何訂閱權益，僅得由一名人員使用或存取。若訂閱者係屬公司行號，則該公司必須將訂閱指定予其內部之單一人員運用，同時僅有該獲派人員得使用或存取訂閱或任何之訂閱權益。
軟體之存取

本訂閱將為　貴用戶提供存取軟體與相關權益之權利。當　貴用戶之訂閱結束時，　貴用戶將不再享有軟體或任何相關權益的存取權利，同時必須中止使用此等軟體。

I saw the following change in the FAQ.

Made Microsoft software use and other subscription benefits available only during the 12 month subscription period.

Does it mean that the keys obtained cannot be activated after the subscription ended?

Yes, thats correct. If you get a new account or renewed a existing account after 16.July this year, you will not be able to activate any keys claimed on your Technet account if you let your account expire. Do you want to use your keys, you have to renew your account so long as you want to use the keys.

If you have an older account, that is not renewed after 16.July, you still have perpetual rights, and can use your key for rest of your life, so long as you follow the EULA terms and not run out of activations.

So, it means people cannot use their and cannot own the paid software after 12 mth if people stop subscription!
