I got one too, V3 120gb MI. Not sure which firmware, should I install with the OS now? Thx for ching advice.

I also encountered a few instances of BSOD, halt and stall
I would advise you to have adqeuate backup if you use it as OS drive

其實2個ssd 我都好鐘意,咁岩隻v3 fw 有問題, 都係留來替換用先

其實行raid 0 對我來講無咩意思....係快,不過是但一隻ssd 有咩問題就會破壞左個糸統,如行多幾隻對我來講又過份左d 所以我係鐘意一隻過既來安裝os...不過有時都會貪下玩,嘗試囉

According to information from OCZ forum, the firmware update come only from Sandforce, without any control from other SSD manufacturers such as OCZ using such controller

My speculation for the 2.06 firmware problem:
- SF 2xxx does not pass internal test from other vendors, so far you can only get OCZ V3 and A3 in the market
- the major differences in different price sector is controlled by firmware
- no 2.02 remake is released to solve the problem in the interim as it may make A3 and V3 indistinguishable, narrow down their performance gap
- bug in new SF2xxx may result in recall or new revision being released, so potential buyers should seriously consider getting stuck in a buggy version

唔只，仲有Corsair Force Series 3

一向都係，分別只在於個software cap。

Intel G2同Intel 320係用同一controller，Crucial C300同M4都係同一controller，分別只係Firmware。

兩者分別在於個software cap，改幾個數字就得。

OCZ official staffs reply stated that they all cannot reproduce the BSOD even with RMA SSD.
They suggested users with problem to test it with a new reinstallation with repeat secure erase.
Which means that they are not going to test its compatibility with other hardwares or softwares setup.
