Tell u may adata rma experience.

I have a portable 2tb hv620.  The load/unload count has increased tremendously (十幾萬呀) in just 2 months of use.  However, the disk was normal, the SMART was normal (all values were normal), everything was normal ... but I was unhappy with that 'count'.   While I was worrying about how to explain the problem, the guy said: "As long as it was within 3 months of purchase, we will exchange a brand new package for customers, there is no need to provide any reason."

上年5月買嫁，保養期就用番原本個時間，姐係到2021 5月
