整左一排, 終於搞清楚 :

1. 裝返個 Bin

2. Root 返部機

試左 root360 唔得, 用返 root大師, 得左.

3. 跟著裝 CWM Recovery

第二步，下载材料，网址在帖子顶端，共7.8M


第三步，解压材料，得到两个文件，“recovery.img”和“超级终端 Better Terminal Emulator Pro 4.04.apk”。把“超级终端 Better Terminal Emulator Pro 4.04.apk”安装到手机，“recovery.img”放在手机外置存储卡中备用。


第四步，在手机上打开“超级终端”并输入su再按回车，提示授予“超级终端”root权限，点允许。继续输入dd if=/sdcard/recovery.img of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p24按回车，出现几行英文说明刷入成功。

4. 成功後裝返 M811_Lite_v1_with_Google 及 gapps-jb-20130813-signed, 4G 訊號在東莞很好.



5. 等待 HK 版的 ROM, 謝謝.

Root機，可以用towelroot V1，然後裝supersu。大陸果d乜乜大師，一鍵root，會裝d無謂嘢。
刷CWM Recovery，用 "Recovery工具箱" 就得，比呢個 "超級終端" 簡單方便，唔洗自己打一大串嘢。

試過你提供的方法但唔成功, 可能原先的ROM版本有問題, 下一部再試下, 如果買$539 無伏, 真系幾唔錯, 粗用一流, 丟左唔心痛.
