Reservoir and two pumps in one unit save even more space, not to mention shorter tubing.

I suggest OP get rid of the DP-1200 pumps and the EK res, and get two D5/Swiftech MCP655/Koolance PMP-450  pumps and the Koolance RP-452X2 res (ideal for dual loop setup).  Just make sure it's rev. 2.0, which is much easier to bleed than previous revisions.

Flow Meter Frequency Adapter to convert flow rate signal to fan RPM signal for motherboard fan header, then you can use a software like Speedfan to monitor the signals and shut down the computer if the flow rate drops below certain point.
