Yeah, I am wondering about that too, since my 3960x can do 4.5 at 1.29v Prime95 stable and gaming stable.

If the rumors are true that the GTX 680 is just a renamed 670 Ti, I'd probably wait for the real high-end card GK110.  Hope those rumors aren't true as I haven't upgraded my cards for nearly two years and it's killing me... thinking GTX 680 FTW Hydro Copper 3.
