Typically yes, but now I'm getting a bit sceptical, here's why....

Recently got Exceria Type2 64GB SDXC, tried and tested in under XP (w/ NEC USB3 chipset), card only achieves max 87r/66w at front port and 82r/66w at rear port, not sure why it cannot even achieve 92-93MB/s read

So took back the card to Muse and guess what, they tried it under Win8 and same NEC USB3 chipset  (from almost the same MB< just one level lower than mine) from rear port and can achieve 93-94r/86w

But when I tested the Sandisk Ext45 (32GB) with my PC hardware, the card can indeed achieve the claimed speed ie. ~45r/41w max

So can someone explain this?
The 64GB card is now sold, but say if I get a Type1 32GB (claimed 95r/90w) will I even get worse results?  Say, around 85r/81w tested??

Yeah Microsuck does really suck, why kill off support for such an old but stable system and make people live with the woes of Win8.x

In any case, when XP support ends then, my Win7 life will start
Long live Win7
