我早一年又係咁電訊管理局同消費者委員會都無用，全部都係民事問題，佢做幾仆街都得，吹咩，仲要回信俾消委會老屈話已達成協議（實際當然無）。小市民係俾電訊商欺壓⋯⋯點撐都無用.....跟本無機構幫到手。
