I would like to share the good results for my setup.
I have two hAP ac^2 (R1 and R2) connected by back-to-back mode via 5GHz link. The WAN of R1 was connected to the Internet. wlan2 of R1 was connected to wlan2 of R2, which became the WAN port of R2 with masquerade NAT. I attached my laptop MacBook Pro Retina 2015 to the LAN port of R2. There was a file server attached to the LAN port of R1 forming an iperf3 server. I initiated a download test from my MacBook and I got the following results.
As seen in Listing 1, the results are very satisfactory and the Retr count is 612, which may be the combination of two hAP ac^2 routers. This reading is acceptable.
