無話覆蓋唔到唔俾中斷合約
只不過因為未能完成合約, 所以要退返衫提前支付左的 "完成合約"優惠

PS. 真係想知大小李邊個部門draft條款. 低人工d都入去做幾個月學野

唔知你用BB 用左幾多年. 我就差唔多接近20 年. 用左都有三間以上. renew 都不下七八次.  佢地既T&C  ...

    I think OP has tried some other ways and seeking any advice here which is benefit to him.
However, hope is limited. If you said "authorities", I suggest he better seeks help officially form OFCA or consumer council which can give certain pressure on operator while your case is correctly established.

    同一條條街唔代表一定有coverage, 尤其係舊區. 好多大厦業主立案法團傾唔成無位擺. 無位入線種種原因都有機會發生. 就算正式入左去, 你層樓座向無位入一樣可以做唔到.

大形屋邨都時有發生, 只可以話你太大安旨意. 現時你同企街sales 問價. 佢都一定會問你咩邨咩大厦名, 座向等才會報價. 難做就貴D, 雞PLAN. 易做就offer 好D. 做唔到就即刻叫你過主, 廢事SIDE 大家口水

    應該係奶得野多.. 愈封愈死囉.... 之前佢地好ambiguous. 基本上你嘈一輪都可以斷到. 但近年實在太多搬屋CASE (租樓成日俾人迫走, 好價成日賣樓) 又加上佢地專出埋D 特長年期... 超過24 個月. 都真係大家捉虫.

    If you have read my comment on #24, I said OP should escalate the case to the media firms as well.

Usually media firms act more quickly because these kind of cases help them to make noise and sometimes they will help push the authorities as well.
