I rarely watch TV, the only purpose is to record the program made by my gf.
I'm using LV platinum....the quality is

I just want it to show pic...... with less "snow" and noise.

I'm not sure how much it can improve by changing from my current 7135 to 7134.....I really don't know.......may worth a try.

可能你TV Card個位置跟本收得唔好,再唔係借你gf張7134try吓咪得lor !

I've tried all the 3 PCI slots and the response is fair

I've tried to use a TV (a cheap Sharp 14 inch) with a cheap cable, the quality is acceptable
..........

window cant find the file 'kstvtune' in C:\WINDOWS\Driver Cache\i386...

你要將lvcap138.sys (from lv org driver3.25)moved去3210個folder內

i found that file, in system32...


so is it 3.21 bettr than 3.25?

go to ssp and buy now.......either a Haupphage or LV3000.....
