This is a freeware and setup includes
1. install the program
2. search the frequency of the 4 HK channels by a software accompanied, called "Tuning Assistant" ( as shown in picture) choose "Hauppauge PVR 150MCE" and "United Kingdom" and "Antennae"
3. jot down the channel number, which is required later

continue:
refer to the LOWER PICTURE
1.Go to "Configuration" -> "Capture Sources" as shown (on the right hand side)

2.Choose "add" and there should be a pop-up come out (on the left hand side)

3.select the settings as shown in the picture.

UPPER PICTURE
for the 4 channels, you have to add yourself, as shown in the arrows 1->2->3
1-> select "add"
2-> name it as "TVB"
3-> key in the channels you have just marked, the channel number is sought by the "tuning assistant" just now.

boss,my HTPC had the LAN disabled....this is the quickest way ga la...

also select "Settings" in the Yellow Circle as shown

and you'll see the dialog box as shown in the LOWER picture

select what is shown
do bear in mind it should be "United Kingdom", "Internal Tuner" and "Antennae"

the configuration is now complete and go back to this screen, select Live TV

you can see in the lower pic, there's a "+" "-" and "exit" click there allows you to change the channel

I'm still drilling on whether it can embeed FFDshow......maybe tomorrow...

afterthought after using it for 15 min
1.so far the quality in small window is reasonably well.
2.I'm not sure how whether it can add Filter, especially FFDshow. I need it. I may try to discover.
3.of course when it blown up to fullscreen mode the pic is lousy, again this relies on FFDshow to resize it to 1920 x 1200.
4.I got reasonable pic even no FFDshow is added, I think it's ok for those who had a much better source than me, or those who use 17 inch LCD.
5.it outperform WinTV2000 in every single aspect.
6.I think the picture is inferior to Dscaler, but the Frameshift and the recording is a definite advantage, at least to me.
