想問下係咪即係usb support 4k的話dtv就會support 4k?

Very unlikely, because
1. Current iDTV implementation of the DVB SI used in HK is unlikely to be ready for non-existent 4K terrestrial broadcast needs.
2. Since 4K requires more bandwidth, by the time OFCA considers 4K broadcast we'll need a DVB-T2 50Mbps level or better upgrade of Chinese standard DMB-T/H.

In Australia, there's an interesting case of certain old models of Panasonic recorder that cannot watch h.264 TV, but can record and play the h.264 recording properly.  When those models were introduced they were only using MPEG-2 for TV, but very new channels have recently started to adopt h.264.

Let me assure you that any new TV you buy this year will have been replaced long before 4K broadcast occurs.

係，其實我都覺得4k廣播存在太多變數，而家o既機support 4k or not真係存疑
不過樓上有師兄話2015新機已經support 4k，所以想問清楚(support就最好啦)

2015新機已經support 4k 係只出到 4K 畫面 HDMI 輸入  好似冇 tuner 解碼

HK 點會用 DVB-T2 係用都用 DTMB-A 一樣去到 50Mbps 再加 HEVC  仲會用 H.264?

You're right that HK will not use DVB-T2, I meant its performance level only.
