MS 情況唔同, 因唔單止預戴 IE 問題, 仲涉及唔提供部份 source code 比對手, 影响到對手效能, 穩定, 而且 windows 就一定有 IE, android 唔一定有 google services

2. 提唔提供 source code 和 壟斷與否 無關
3. Windows 有不內置 IE 的版本

開源 一回事, 壟斷 又另 一回事

無記錯MS係受到歐盟反壟斷壓力之後先話出無IE版
而且最後都係無實現和解協議

Google achieved its dominance in the smartphone operating system market by giving Android to device-makers for ‘free.’ But in reality, Android phone makers who want to include must-have Google apps such as Maps, YouTube or Play are required to pre-load an entire suite of Google mobile services and to give them prominent default placement on the phone, the complaint says. This disadvantages other providers, and puts Google’s Android in control of consumer data on a majority of smartphones shipped today.

如果你話 google 的 android os 做得太好, 利用其 mobile os 的領導地位要脅所有 android 手機開發商 (OEMs) 去了預載 Google services.
這是好似你咁只懂得 forward 新聞吾去理解過中因由的人的一般思維.

事實係, 如果你覺得 android 係一個好的 OS 但你又吾鐘意 google service.
你可以吾去做 google partner. 你依然可以免費下載 android os 的 source code.
開發及發售自己的 android 手機, 一毛錢都吾使比. 你吾需要預載 google service.
無需要預載 google search, gmail, youtube or google map.
你亦都吾使同人講你部機係 built by android.

如果呢個投訴係成立的, Facebook 都無可能可以出到 Facebook Home. 出到一個 built by android 的自家手機.
