I downloaded East Asia Fonts for Tiny7 years ago and of course, I can't remember where I got it.

I have just spent some minutes and searched again.  Many links are broken but I manage to find at least one which is still alive: www●mediafire●com/？twwmz50lyzz

Have you seriously searched for it indeed?  You should ask how come others found it while you couldn't.
