Any Software to Dump BIOS, Video BIOS

I'd like to dump the BIOS and video BIOS of my computer to .bin files
that can be used in Boch...
Any software that can do this?
And also is Megatrends old bios 128K in size?
I am also wondering if there is any old BIOS archive that lets people download
Legacy BIOS that are to be used in Emulators?
