安裝4.0後發生有功能開不到的問題

An error occurred while starting services. Analysis of application protocols (POP3, HTTP) will not function.

200部機當中有19部出現這個問題, 重裝過都沒用, 請問有咩方法解決
版本4.0.467 BE

那19部機是否裝了 Vista sp2 ?
