Does it be normal for all ISPs ? How come that will try to "attack" my computer through different ports ?
Can I said that it is a  real attack while reported IP address is nof from ISP ?
Besides , will the similar situation ( message  ) be happened while the computer is connected in a LAN ?

Yup, certain brands of residential broadband gateway routers and network printers which perform port scans in order to enumerate hosts on the network subnet. This behavior can be evaluated as an attack and blocked in some circumstances.

So actually this is not a real attack
