    有可能. Windows Phone Fall Creator update 係現時windows 10 最後一個大build. (你見PC 同Mobile build nos 已經分開左) 所以佢對舊機都relax 左. 俾晒D patch update 算. 真RS3 有可能係今年或明年出既surface phone 先有(build 16XXX)
