Debian snapd shadowsocks-rust

I am new to Raspberry, trying to use the Pi4B as a shadowsock server.

Raspberry Pi 4B - 4GB
Debian version: 11 (bullseye) OS (64-bit)
snapd shadowsocks-rust installed

But the service could not start as log below:
systemd[1]: Started Service for snap application shadowsocks-rust.ssserver-daemon.
shadowsocks-rust.ssserver-daemon[1641]: /snap/shadowsocks-rust/408/snap/command-chain/snapcraft-runner: 5: exec: /snap/shadowsocks-rust/408/bin/ssserver: Exec format error
systemd[1]: snap.shadowsocks-rust.ssserver-daemon.service: Main process exited, code=exited, status=2/INVALIDARGUMENT
systemd[1]: snap.shadowsocks-rust.ssserver-daemon.service: Failed with result 'exit-code'.

Can anyone help on this?  goggle and could not find the solution

Installed from below link
https://snapcraft.io/install/shadowsocks-rust/raspbian

But I couldn't found it for OS32 or OS64

Your link instructs you to use Raspbian (as OS) and provides the link where to download.  Have you followed?
