ARCServer icon

When I turn on my TC-605 a "ARCServer" icon always appear in the Desktop after the unit has been updated to Windows 8.1.

Sometimes, the icon will disappear after being clicked several times, but sometimes won"t.

Would please advise how stop the appearing of the icon.
